I wore my Versa and my iWatch to run on my treadmill. I ran 5 miles in 50 minutes. The iWatch was on track and my new versa only tracked me as running a mile and a half. I did hit the exercise feature to track. Do i need to calibrate? It did track my steps accurately.
Thanks for any help.

I’m finding mileage tracking is way off with Versa too. I ran an official 5K and it tracked 2.73 miles. I ran my usual 5K training loop, track by other apps and by car and it only tracked 2.45 miles. Disappointed so far.

I've had to tweak/ recalculate my stride length in settings when running as stride length is different when running outdoors VS on a treadmill...
I found a topic on that you can check out...

Today, I tracked 1 mile from my house. Ran it and the Versa tracked it at .86 miles rather than the 1 mile my car measured it out to be. I'm going to try it again tomorrow to see if the watch is "learning" from my runs. If not, maybe I'll return for a new one.

I was having a similar problem (on my new versa and a similar problem with my charge 2) but it is working perfectly now that I unpaired Mobile Track in the application - there's a also an app update that might have helped.

It was listed as paired in the app - in the setting under 'Devices' - I also have the 'Keep Alive Widget' active on my phone. Also, if you haven't updated the app to the latest version I would do that. Hope it helps.

Does unpairing the Mobile Device and activating the Keep Live help with the GPS not tracking as well? I run with my phone with me but my GPS isn't tracking correctly. And yes, my location is on.

Hi - I was having problems after the last update (android phone) and fixed it by completely uninstalling the Fitbit app from my phone and then reinstalling it. It is worth a try.
