Randomly turns off and wont restart

Hi, I have had my fitbit for around a month.

I am finding it randomly just turns itself off and I cannot turn it back on myself, sometimes it will turn back on by itself but others I have to plug it back into it's charger port.

The other day I checked the battery was 60% within a few hours it was down to 5% and turning itself off again!

My battery is not lasting 4 days and never has.

It looses my heart rate monitoring easily.

I have tried reading comments but none seem to have the same problem.

I'm also having same issues, mine started to act up February 16, by not tracking my sleep and randomly vibrating and the full charge doesn't last only several hours.....now it's also blacking out and won't come back on, I can only get a larger than normal fitbit symbol on the screen......this is so frustrating and irritating.....seeing a lot of ppl having the same several issues in the last little while......thinking it may have been caused by an update.....😒😒😒

Same happened to me. Mine was working fine until it died because of the battery. I tried to charge it (no damage to fitbit or charging device) and it won’t turn on.

Mine did exactly the same on the 14th. Still isn't working now - screen won't go on and just vibrates when I hold the button in or connect to the charge dock. Emailed fitbit but no response after nearly 2 weeks. Not what I'd expect from an 11 month old versa 2 and poor customer service.

I am experiencing the same thing, the battery is fine but I cannot get the fitbit to come to life.

And it has only been happening for a week or so.

Thank you all for your responses, there definitely seems to be a fault with the device!

After a brief call to fitbit they're sending me a replacement.

They could see my battery was being "erratic" and they couldn't understand why, since the call (touch wood) mine hasn't played up, but greatful to be reviving a new screen pod thing soon. Hopefully no problems with the next one.
