I am having same issue... my FB versa was holding charge for 3.5 days but now not even 1 full day. Not accurate pulse during exercise apps of interval training or general workout

Hi, two solutions for these isues:
1. Reboot your Versa twice by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill the Fitbit logo appears and then release the buttons.
2. Put your Versa in the charger and connect it to your PC and let it rest there for about two hours, this should also solve your problems.
