I received a replacement Fitbit versa lite

and have deleted the faulty one and  set  up the app.  But it is still saying that l need to download the app to get started 

can you help?

Not na expert. I received my new one, configured and it worked.

I had a few bumps on the configuration of my first one but it was related to
applexfitbit updates. As soon as it was updated do lates tios version
everything worked.

@Emorri Can you please confirm that you can see your replacement Versa Lite in the Fitbit mobile app?
