Re: Get back to basic

I'm not quite sure how this forum works for starting a new thread or seeking assistance.  Apparently, there's no sub-topic that I can find.  I have a Versa 2 that won't reliably charge.  I have three chargers and everyone of them regardless of what they're plugged into won't charge.  I keep getting 'Not enough power'.  I KNOW that's not the case.  After reading a thread (from 2018), it concluded it was the charger.  No it's not!  It's the watch.  I've tried every cradle I have, using different and very powerful chargers to no avail.  Any chance this topic has been addressed in the last 4 years?  All of the chargers were working fine when the watch was new.  But now that it's 2 years old, it won't charge and I get a silly message about power.

@redjr   This might not be the cure, but have you cleaned the charging contacts on the back of your Fitbit?  And the pins on the charger?  Use a very soft toothbrush with rubbing alcohol on the Fitbit.  Use a cotton tipped applicator with alcohol on the charger and be very careful so you don’t push the pins in.  I don’t get drenched in sweat very often.  But the back of my tracker does get dirty.

If you put your Fitbit on your ankle when you ride your spin bike, then you just don’t get it.
