I have a versa 2 since  after 20th Novemer missing heartbeat graph and sleep graph .  Fitbit help no good, Escalated to email still no good. Reset fitbit, uninstall reinstall fitbit app, reinstall everyting twice still the same problem as 100s of other fitbit users are having. I have now ordered a garmin
