Hi @Lynn2601 I'm sorry to hear you're not having a great start with your Versa 2. May I ask, did you try putting it on the charger, then go to the Fitbit app and try to add the new device? If you haven't done that yet, please give it a try.

After pre-ordering and waiting almost a month for my Versa 2 to arrive, I was so excited when it finally came today. However, it will not turn on, it will not charge, it does nothing! For a watch the runs over $200 I would think I could at least get it to show the time. Extremely disappointed ☹️

@Lynn2601 Have you tried pressing and holding the button for 10-15 seconds? If not try it and see if it restarts with the Fitbit logo. Let us know the results.

After playing with it a while, I was able to get it to turn on and sync with the app.
