Hi, I accidently deleted by partially functioning Versa from my account and am trying/failing to reconnect it with my account.  For a few days it has not recognized any Wi-Fi connections and now that is where I am stuck/prevented from reconnecting the Versa to my account.  It gives me the Not Working? screen and I have done all of the trouble shooting that it recommends.  HELP!

@Always4anna  wifi is not needed to setup your Versa, I would try again and choose the shop wifi setup.

Since the tracker was setup there most likely isn't a firmeare update anyway.

Once we have the Versa setup we can then if needed setup the wifi.

@Rich_Laue Yes the device did reconnect (finally) with my mobile, but the Wi-Fi is still lost without options offered wirelessly or while connected to my computer to choose anything but "Try To Connect to Wi-Fi" which consistently fails 😞

My new versa now will not sync with anything. I have deleted the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, paired and unpaired it, restarted the versa, removed it and reapplied it to my account and nothing works. I'm very disappointed I haven't had this much trouble in over 5 years when I bought my first fitbit HR. Please help! Is there a reset option? and how do I do it?

@Always4anna  look below and click on the help link, then your tracker model, from here you can download the user manual.

In short to restart the tracker press the left and lower right buttons
