Hi, I had my Fitbit Verda as a gift and just getting started but like you I can’t get it to pick up on the bluetooth. Not sure what to do next, I’ve been at it trying for a couple hours but I need to go out now. Did you get syncing resolved?

 

I will keep at it or get someone who is ok with this tech stuff to support me. I’ll let you kno how I get on if that’s ok 👍🏽

Hello @LocksleyJ may I ask for more detail on your problem. 

Have you been able to setup your Versa to your Fitbit account. Their is nothing needed to be done through your phones Bluetooth.
