@Marrrmaduke @DLThune I have similar trouble with my Versa and I use the app on my phone. Calling support did nothing. He only told me I had to open the app daily in order for it to sync. My husband has an Ionic and never has to open the app to view other apps, like the weather. It always stays connected. My Versa constantly drops connection. He said it was my Bluetooth signal being weak. If that were true, then my husband would have the same issue.
I had no issues with my Charge 2. Always connected, even if I didn’t open the app for days. I don’t believe the guy knew what to do.
I am ready to kick this thing to the curb and buy an Apple Watch

@mrspeggyt When you told me the version of iOS I did 'ouch'. I have seen people reporting issues you're describing after the recent iOS update. Honestly, Fitbit mobile app needs to be updated to address these issues. But for now, we can at least attempt restoring some of BT connection for your device:

@mrspeggyt don't give up! 😊 Also, 2.85 version is being rolled out so hopefully it will address this buggy sync on iOS.
