Hello @kaynerob1 without any info im not sure how to help. 

Is your WiFi 2.4ghz, 5.0 will not work. 

Does your Versa find your WiFi? Where you able to put in the security code? 

Did you get any errors? 

Is the Versa plugged in and charging?
