Just bought Fitbit Versa for my son...i've spent the best part of the day trying in vain to input some tunes on it for my 10 year old....USELESS...and he wants to text on it...as it says it does...NOT A CHANCE....!!

 

Wish id bought the Apple watch....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This Fitbit ( versa) is the most unuser friendly piece of kit i've ever had the misfortune to have purchased...my 11 yr old is in tears as we've spent all day trying and retrying just to import some music into it..my mobile app is saying use a desktop app and the desktop app is telling me to use a mobile app.....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Should have bought the Apple watch......Anyone who is employed by Fitbit and is reading all these complaints must feel awful that a product they make doesn't even work...

You can not text on a versa for music you have to connect the versa to your computer that the account is on and transfer there ate some useful videos on youtube
