Similarly,  my Versa has not synced since May 14.

I have tried:

Restarting phone

Uninstalling/Reinstalling app; twice

Clear cache/Force stop/restarting 

Powering off Versa 

Bluetooth is connected

Other bluetooth items are off

Versa is charged 

Wi-fi on my phone is on

*Wi-fi on versa does same thing as sync...spinning circle then stops.

First thing I would do is remove the Versa from the list of trusted Bluetooth devices. 

Your Versa"a WiFi has nothing I do with syncing data. 

Did this issue start after a phone update? 

Have you tried with both cellular and WiFi with the phone? The versa itself will only sync through Bluetooth.

Same with my Galaxy Note8.  Tried all the suggestions listed on this thread and in the community forum re: Android Pie 9.  Still not working.

Thank you, it just started working again after I ignored it for a while. Maybe there was just weird delay.

Same here. I factory reset,  forced stopped, cleared cashe, reinstalled,

Still nothing. It won't connect and it finds my Bluetooth then gives error messages and failure to update firmwear since the may 22 update.
