Hello! Recently received my Versa and am loving nearly everything except for one issue.
Has anyone else had this issue:
I get on my treadmill, so I start the treadmill activity so it doesn't try to use Connected GPS as I am not going anywhere. The exercise starts on the watch and I fire up my phone to watch my steps accumulate (only me who does this??)
I see my heart rate rising to where I normally peak and it will fluctuate, however, it seems to be measuring better than my Charge 2. However, when I look at the watch, it shows my heart rate is massively less than my phone is reporting. My phone is not moving at this point and is laying flat. When I say massively, I mean that my phone is reporting a heart rate of around 190 and the Versa is reporting 100 or so.
So I decide to turn off the treadmill activity. When I do this, the Versa immediately reports my heart rate to be around 190; not unlike my phone.
Has anyone else seen this occur and if so, have you figured out a solution?

Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and all-day sync is turned on.
- On Android:
You have call, text, or calendar notifications enabled. If this has been confirmed but the issue persists, please restart your tracker by following these steps:
