Receiving phone calls but not Text or emails

 Hello everyone, I got my Versa yesterday. Everything works great accept  for the notifications. . I receive phone calls but not Text it emails Support couldn’t figure it out. They are  working on the problem. We went though every thing. Anybody else have a problem like this? Anybody resolve this? I have an iPhone 8. Thank you

I am experiencing the same issue. Phone calls and other notifications work, just not text messages. This just started for me when I got the new I phone x. I hope this can get resolved soon. This was the major draw for me getting the versa in the first place.

 Has anyone been able to solve this problem?  I have gone through all the suggestions on the Internet and still not receiving texts or email notifications on my Fitbit.
