Welcome to the Community @Petsitter2018 and @Rich_Laue thanks for the input.

I would like to know if you keep having issues with your Versa? Have the instructions provided by our friend worked?

Hope to hear from you soon. Robot Happy

I just received a new versa by Fitbit as my previous versa (5 months of use just died) and  it says that clock error but after shutdown, restart and tried several clocks is not working!!!

I had the same trouble! Really stumped me.

After owning the Fitbit versa for a few month. I felt the Bluetooth was no longer working. I exchanged the watch, download a few clock faces after recharging fully. There was a clockface error. I went for walks thinking it might return. The funny thing was the mobile was still connected to the phone. So I could see my steps.

It seemed only the clockface wasn't work. Slide up on the error screen so that you can  see todays stats- steps, steps this hour, bpm, asleep. Scroll to the very bottom; past "weekly excercise". Click on Settings: I just ticked the box that said Badges.

Then in the app (on the mobile) I was able to continue downloading the clock face. And all was fixed!

Yes this thread is on the clock error message.

But you say that one of the specific posts above fixed your error.

Which one post you thanked someone, saying that it worked but never tagged the someone.

@Bevpark and @calm0902

Open the Fitbit app and choose a different clock. Let it sync.

Now if you want, you may choose your original clock face.
