Today I got a clock error telling me to try another clock face! I tried it but it still appears! It's only 6 was old
Any suggestions?

Can you please confirm that your Versa has synced since choosing a clock face?
Have you tried a face designed by Fitbit?

Mine displays the same message no matter how many times I restart it and I'm so frustrated 😟

I still have "Clock error" on my versa-2 fitbit.
Reset my phone, and turn-off/turn-on my fitbit did not help.
Every time, I select a new clock face, I feel the vibration on the fibit, but still says "clock error".
Anybody has a newer idea?
