Receiving txts, but can’t reply back

Hello, 

So I fixed my problem of not receiving txts, whatsapp and other notifications, but I can’t respond back to txts. I can’t access my quick reply option in my Fitbit app, how do I access it and start responding to txt msgs. Please help!

Are you using Android? Quick Reply for texts does not work with iOS

So there is no way at all to respond to txt msgs? Nothing can be done?

I also am not able to reply to messages and I am using an android phone. Any thoughts?
