Recent server issues seem to have deleted 4 days of exercise data. Will this be restored?

Exercise and cardio data from Dec 17th 2018 through the 21st and into the 22nd were deleted from my account (and some bonus corrupted data added for the 17th, which I would guess is what overwrote/erased my data). The raw data were not affected, but, e.g., one day's 100 minutes of exercise is now 100 minutes of nothing. No exercises, no activity, all 100 minutes defaulted to "fat burn", and the pentagon dropped from "6 of 5" to "2 of 5" days.

 

This makes my new (and luckily still returnable) Versa basically a very expensive, ephemeral and exasperating pedometer with horrible battery life.

 

If this wasn't server-related, then Fitbit just has even more issues.

Hi, I do not know what happened to your data in that time, but I can confirm you that I did not loose any data at all in your mentioned period. Did you have any other issues on your account in this certain period?
