Recently purchased Versa 2 - So far, disappointed...

Hi

 

I recently purchased the Versa 2 and so far I've been very disappointed by it. I spent almost £200 on it only to find it hardly reads my heart rate (one of the main reasons I purchased it) and does not log my sleep... Doesn't really make it seem worth the amount of money I spent on it!

 

Is anyone else having this problem? Any solutions that would fix it or shall I just return it?
