Recieving calls but no messages or app notifications

Hi, I have a Versa 2.  All is working well, only I am able to receive calls on it but not notifications of messages or any of my selected apps. 

When I'm in notifications on the Fitbit app I'd says: Notification service not running.  A phone restart is required is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker. 

I've restarted my phone multiple times but still get only calls.

Hi @OcL73 What phone are you using? If an updated iOS it is a known issue - see pink banner at the top of the page.

Unfortunately that phone is not on the Supported Devices List   which is probably why you are having problems. All you can do is try all the troubleshoots in THIS Help Article

Hi, I reset the app and it's now working.  Thanks
