Hello fellow-Versa users,
I have a problem with using the spotify app at my fitbit versa 2. Everytime I try to use it it takes at least 3-5 minutes to connect. At that point it tells me to check the app on my phone and connect a premium account.
I do have a premium account on spotify which I use. I have this logged in at my phone and tried to log in at the fitbit app a few times now. But after logging in, it all seems okay and I can use it. However the following day or occasion I need to open the app again and log in all over again to spotify before I'm able to use it.
I just thought it was really handy to be able to control spotify from my fitbit. But this is not working when I still need to grab my phone every time to connect, or when it takes 5 minutes before being able to control it.
Do any of you experience this problem as well or more important: do you have a solution for this?
I really hope it can be solved: one log in and being able to control spotify when I play music directly from my watch, every time I want.

Hello.
This also happens to me. I have to log in again from the mobile FitBit app every time I want to control spotify from my watch. For some reason it says that i'm on a free account (but i actually have premium). Logging out on the FitBit app and logging back in fixes it for some time. Hope this gets fixed soon.
