My versa records steps while riding a motorbike and also while driving a car. Is this normal. I believe this is misleading the steps count for a day.

Also pls suggest how to return back Versa and claim refund.

@SunsetRunner Fitbit is a wrist tracker. Any wrist tracker will add additional steps ("ghost steps") when riding a bike or even a truck on a bumpy rode. It is to be expected. You can shave off some of these ghost steps by making your Versa less sensitive. Try changing the Wrist Placement setting in your Account settings to Dominant. Also, you can give Versa a reboot by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes. To remove the "ghost" steps from driving you can manually log Driving activity in your Fitbit mobile app (or Dashboard on Fitbit.com) for the time period when you accumulated the steps. There are also the apps that can automate the whole process, e.g. Drivebit or Travelbit. If you're within 40 days of return window, you can contact Fitbit Customer Support for a return or return the device to the retailer you purchased it from. Please note your retail might have a different refund policy and time frame.
