I am a former anorexic who still struggles from time to time. Recently I have been experiencing abmormally high and low heartbeats. My cardiologist told me to get a FitBit to track my heart rate, esp while sleeping. I have had the Versa Lite for 3 days, and am getting somewhat triggered by the constant "calories burned" on the screen, and also the name "fat burn zone" describing a heart rate.
*Can I turn off or change the names of the heart rate zones, and only see the numbers?
*Can I take the calories & steps off the main screen?
*Can I turn off the "sleep score," and only see the heart rate??

Are you talking about seeing these on your wrist, or on the phone app?

I want only heart rate on the wristwatch, not calories or steps (but calories = most important to turn off)
I want to be able to change the words or turn off the labels completely on the heart rate zones in the app, and just see numbers.
I also want to turn off the sleep score # in the app and just see heart rate and hours slept.

On the clock face on your wrist, that's going to depend on which clock face you choose. There are hundreds or thousands of choices available.
On the Today section on your wrist that you see by scrolling down (swiping up), scroll to the bottom to Settings to select which data fields you want to show in Today on wrist.
On the phone app, for the 'Activity' items, that is those at the top, click 'Edit' near top right to control which to display. For the items below that, tap 'Discover' at the bottom left, then 'Health & Fitness Stats' to see all the tiles available and add or remove as you wish.
For heart rate zones, the best I can think of is adding a Custom heart rate zone with whatever numbers you want. Then I think it will just tell your heart rate in, above, or below that zone. But I'm not sure if that gets applied in all displays.
To set a custom zone, tap profile pic near top left on phone app to get to 'Account' page, then scroll down to 'heart rate zones' and select 'Custom Zone'.
I have not used custom zones so not sure if they will do all you want, but it's the best option I can think of to try.
