Red Exclamation on my wallet tile in app; Versa 3; cannot open, fails with "unexpected error"

I'm trying to remove a credit card from Fitbit Pay wallet. I have not migrated account to a Google account address. Adding Google Wallet is not appearing as an option yet.  When I open the app, there is a red circled exclamation point in the Wallet tile. When I press it, i get an error that an unexpected error has occurred,  try again later. Well, later has been the last 2 days. I've restarted the watch, restarted the phone, cleared app cache. I can access the Wallet under lock on my watch just fine. My Amex card is 1st and a Visa card is second. I want to change the order (keeping AMEX whike I still can!). What is this error??

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Rwitherspoon. Thank you for reporting the error you see when you try adding the Google Wallet.

In order to assist, could you please let me know how often are you trying to add the Wallet again and getting the error?

Hi Andrea, I'm not trying to add Google Wallet. I already have FB wallet working and active on my watch. I want to remove or rearrange one of the credit cards already in Wallet on the phone app. Every time I press on the Wallet tile to access it, it will not open. I get a failed error message and to try again. Then appears the red circle on the Wallet tile. I have not counted the times over the last several days that I have tried to do this.  Hope this helps clarify.  Again, my  FB account is not converted to a google address account yet (although I have several), and I already use Google Wallet as an app on my phone for other things.

I'm getting the same error message as well. I want to remove and add a credit card and have tried to work with customer service for THREE DAYS with no resolution. If they can't figure it out, this tells me that this is an issue with the app and needs to be corrected. Until they fix this error I'm afraid your stuck.

I've heard NOTHING back since the 3/30 reply above. SMH. When I unlock the watch for Wallet, one credit card just has a never ending buffering circle, like it's thinking whether or not it wants me to use it. Just spins and spins.
