I have a red x on my screen with a message saying something about data not cleared and I need to sync it to my phone. I tried syncing to my phone I have tried restarting it. I have tried doing a factory reset. Each time the red x comes back up

In the phones Bluetooth forget or unpair the device
In the phone Fitbit App Click on profile photo [top left] Device photo [middle left] Click on remove icon [top right]
Restart the watch
Click + Set up a device
