Purchased a versa lite for my daughter and the screen won’t clear or sync. Has a red x on the screen. Restarted and it’s still there.

I’m having the same problem as everyone else.  I have tried everything this post has offered.   Still isn’t working.  I have tryin for a few days.  Please help!!

Hello..I know it is frustrating, even trying everything posted to try to
fix it.

I contacted fitbit support. They will tell you to try everything already
done, they will try to fix it on there end, at least that is what I was
told. When it still did not work, they offered the replacement or 50% off
another product.
I bought mine in December of 2019, that is ridiculous that only after 4
months, it stopped working. By the way, mine was still under warranty,
that is why they offered the replacement.

I got mine right at Christmas.. it’s crazy it didn’t last longer.

It should still be under warranty, I recommend contacting fitbit support.

I have done that with no help, this is the replacement one that I am having trouble with. This is the replacement one they send me and I cannot get it to work.  It’s the one with the big red x.   I believe there is a flaw in the design of the fitbit light. I thing they should be replacing all fitbit light. I even have a case file so what go is it, the stuff they told me to do has been done about 50 times already.

I agree with you, they should replace it without issue since this seems to
be a prevalent problem with this fitbit device. I hope the replacement they
send to me will work. Wishing you luck with your case.

I called the help line #. And they asked me if I done every step to reset
it! Which I had done!! So they are sending me a replacement since I
just got it at Christmas!!

I want to try to save you a little frustration.

When I was offered the replacement, it was on April 23rd and after several
text messages to them to ask for a status, it was sent on 4/30.

You have to stay on top of them to get status updates. Maybe you will have
a better experience than I had.

Hello

After doing everything I was told to do to try to fix it, they offered me a
replacement. It was still under warranty, 4 months old.

Try fitbit support, they will take you through the same fix-it steps, then
check your warranty.

At this point, they should offer you a replacement or 50% off another
product. At least that is what they offered me.

Good Day my Fitbit Versa lite isn’t working. It is only 3 months old as I

They are sending a replacement ... I went through all the steps with them
on the phone. It was still under warranty.

My first versa light started glitching it started going in and out, so they sent me a replacement one I just went to hook it up for my girlfriend and it’s got a big red X on it.  They told me they’re working on it there’s a glitch in the programming.  This was a replacement versa and all they did for me was send me a shipping label and told me to ship it to them. That’s all they did, hopefully when I get it back it will be working properly.  All I can tell you guys, is call and keep calling to get your resolution to the big red X. In my opinion this is a faulty Fitbit, it should be pulled off the market, they should contact the customers that have them and have them all either sent back to them, or replace them all, because obviously there was something wrong with the Fitbit’s.

I just bought another versa 2 about 6 months ago and when I was talking to them I asked if I should update my versa 2 or leave it alone because I’m worried that it’s going to start this glitching. They told me it should be fine, it should be no problems.  What do you guys think I should do.

If it's working and tracking what it needs to track...I would leave it
alone for now.
