Purchased a versa lite for my daughter and the screen won’t clear or sync. Has a red x on the screen. Restarted and it’s still there.

Call their costumer service. They will make you go through steps your
problem already tired... If it u set a year old they should send you a
replacement

I feel your pain, not even 4 months old and mine has been stuck with big red x and can’t force sync. The store has been shut down so I couldn’t even exchange in the time allowed for exchanging, waste of 150 dollars, TOTALLY UNFAIR!

Call customer service. They should replace it.

My fitbit is doing the same thing, i have tried to restart it multiple times, however it still shows the red cross on my screen, i’m worried it won’t go back to how it was.

Contact customer service and they will help you. If it’s under 1 year
old. They will replace it.

did youget your fit bit working?? I am having same problem and I lost my receipt

Call customer service. I didn’t have the receipt either!! They sent me a
replacement!!

I called the costumer service, and they replaced my Fitbit! (1 year warranty) try calling them.

I've seem to get this message and I've done a reset and a factory reset and I still can't get past the red x and the "data not cleared sync and try again" message

Call customer service.. they should send you another one. I got tired
of dealing with them. So I went and got an iwatch.

I am having the same issue. Red X on the screen and it is frozen. I have tried all the solutions in this thread and nothing works. My Versa 2 is about two weeks old.

I have the same problem,  now  my Fitbit is dead and won't charge. Frustrated!

Hi i am having the same issue and I've only had it 6 months. It quit updating so I had to factory reset and then it wouldn't pair with either of my devices then I received the red x. Please help!

I called the 1-800. And got them to replace it!! Had to do that twice!!
So I have went back to a iwatch.

I am a bit embarrassed to tell you my fix. The app required an update that I had not done. When I discovered this and updated, the x went away on the first sync.
