Red light on back of Versa won't turn off.

My Versa had the red light on constantly this morning and got very hot. I had to take it off as it started to burn my wrist. Now the light is off but the Fitbit face is dark and won't turn back on. I have only had since November 2018 and this is my first issue with it. Love my Versa and sad it isn't working. Help!

Mine did the same thing yesterday!  I had a red patch on my wrist from where it "burned" me (didn't burn, but you get the idea).  My battery is dying quickly.  I've done a reset and it didn't help.

Mine did the same thing. I contacted customer service and they replaced it
