Red light on the back continues to blink and drains the battery

The red LED on the back of my Versa started to blink constantly, both on and off my wrist. Instead of the battery lasting days, it lasts a few hours. I did a hard reset but it did not fix the problem. I purchased it on 12/23/18 so it is still under warranty. Please let me know my options. Thank you

Hi @Vineyard68  Try turning Heart Rate off in the settings app on the watch, restart the Versa several times and then turn heart rate back on. If that doesnt fix it then please come back here.

Hi there - I uninstalled the app and started from scratch. That did the trick. I must not have rebooted it correctly the first time. Thanks!

Hello,

I thought this issue was resolved but the battery drains before the day is over. I have tried doing another reboot but it still drains.

 

I would like to exchange this since it is unusable and is still under warranty.
