I have an issue with one red light on the backside of me Versa staying on constantly and it runs my battery down. How do I fix this?

@Snewt welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the battery drains fast due to the red light on the backside of your watch.

 

I'd like you to restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, follow the tips listed in this help page. These tips are helpful in order to improve the battery life of your Versa.

 

Finally, monitor your Versa's battery behavior and see if the issue gets fixed.
