I recently got a Versa 3 for Christmas 2021.
2 days ago I noticed a red light on the back that wasn't going away when I woke up from sleeping. This causing my battery to drain super fast. I found im having to restart my phone a couple times throughout the day to get the light to go away. I dont understand why this is happening on a brand new watch. I get its the Sp02 sensor. What i dont get is why its always on. I was told by a tech that this does not run the battery down and that its a battery issue.. I assure you its not the battery!! I dont appreciate the lack of customer service and help. Alls we r given is articles and articles. Not working.!!!! So if anyone has some answers please let me know. Very very disappointed and frustrated.

Hi @SummerTime48 - Have a look here at the various features and choose only the ones that you need and check the others. There may also currently be an issue with the latest update of firmware or Fitbit App.
