Red sensor and no heart rate

I have tried everything that has been suggested and nothing has work. Red sensor all the time and no heart rate on my versa, the only thing l haven’t done is factory reset as l don’t what to lose all my stats. Can anyone one help please

The factory reset isn’t working at all either because the bpm tracker won’t link. Help?
