I'm trying to find something somewhere, on the site and cannot find anything anywhere on how to register my Versa 2 for warranty coverage.
I asked for that info in the chat but so far I just got a link to the page but it doesn't show me how to do it from there or anything of that. I asked for customer service email address [several times] but they won't give it out and I cannot use phone call because I'm deaf.
So what can I do?

No need to register register for warranty. Support can check when your tracker was first connected to use as start date.
