Reminder to Move no longer working

Hi all,

I had a properly working Versa until I did the last firmware update (now on 32.68.9.15).

Since then, I no longer get Reminders to Move 10 minutes before the hour. Syncing works as expected. I don't use any other notification.

I have re-installed the Fitbit app on my phone and am reluctant to do a factory reset.

Can anyone suggest anything?

Is there a way to downgrade to the previous firmware version?

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary,  No, you can not go back to a prior OS Version.

hi,

thanks for taking the time to reply - much appreciated.

i restarted my versa six times which for some reason resulted in me no longer being able to sync with my phone.

had to do a factory reset which resulted in me losing a day's data.

now back to square one - factory reset versa but still no reminders to move.

does anyone have any other suggestions?
