Since last update I am having issues with:
1. I no longer receive reminders to walk 10 minutes before every hour.
2. Watch screen no longer lights up when I raise my arm.
Tried logging out, force stopping fitbit app, rebooting phone and logging back in. Nothing helped. I have owned many fitbit devices over the past nine years and this is the first time I have had these issues. What is happening to fitbit? Is it time to change devices?

Might have accidentally gotten into 'sleep mode' from quick settings. Pull down on main clock face to see quick settings to see if 'screen wake' ' or 'sleep mode' is on. If so, tap to turn off.
