In the past two weeks I have never had more issues on the app and my Fitbit not matching up. The last two days my hourly activity is not matching up and is extremely off and then this morning my Fitbit was not tracking my active minutes until after I did my first set of cardio to check on the light on the back.

Let me help you with your reminders to move and active minutes. For the first one please log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. For active minutes these will be counted when the activity is intense via the movement detected by your device and heart rate data. You can read more about this here. If you wish you can restart your device to see if it helps solving the issue.
