@Beecam Thanks for following the tips and recommendations I've provided.

As @Guy_ has suggested, please make sure that sleep mode or DND are not enabled on your Versa 3. When the sleep mode setting is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders to move are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The Always-On Display clock face is turned off.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in the quick settings.

When the do not disturb setting is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders to move are muted.
  • The do not disturb icon illuminates in the quick settings.

Hi there, @Beecam. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums.

I'd recommend checking if reminders to move haven't been turned off by mistake. To do so, please:

  1. On the Today tab, tap the hourly activity tile.
  2. Tap the gear icon > turn Reminders to Move on or off/om

Also, please take a look at this help article Why didn't my Fitbit device alert me?

Hi @Beecam - did you also swipe the watch to the right to get to Quick Settings and ensure that neither Sleep nor Do not disturb are enabled?

I'm combining this post with your other one on the same subject
