I work 3rd shift, so during the hours it reminds me to move, I am sleeping. Is there a way to switch it around so it reminds me during the night instead of day?

You can set the schedule of which hours to be reminded. On phone app tile that shows how many 250+ set hours, tap that, then the gear icon at top right to set the hours and days for reminders.
That might not completely solve 3rd shift issues but it will prevent you from getting reminded while asleep. For 3rd shift, you can set only one period per day, so you cannot set like 10PM to 10 AM, but you could set midnight to 10 AM.

Hi @Skyewolfe - try a night time clock face from the Gallery, such as SimpleClockPro which caters for night time workers move hours on the watch, and disable the Fitbit App move hour reminders. It may help.
