Reminders to move don't work after

updating firmware to v 32.70.8.0. Updated last week and since then I am not getting reminders to move. I used to hold the left button down to turn notifications (& reminders) and auto wake on and off. Now there are a bunch of choices for left button but none allow me to turn notifications on and off. I've turned notifications and reminders on and off on phone and in settings on versa. Restarted versa . & phone, shut down versa. Nothing is working.

Hi there @Pattywperry, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Reminders to Move stopped working on your Versa after the update, I understand where your concern is coming from. Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to fix the issue prior to posting here, I'll be glad to continue helping you.

Is Reminders to Move the only notification missing? You can also confirm that you're not in "Do Not Disturb" mode. For more information, please see here

When you turn on the do not disturb setting:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders to move don't cause the watch to vibrate or the screen to turn on.
  • You see a do not disturb icon at the top of the screen when you swipe down to see your notifications.

You can't turn on do not disturb and sleep mode at the same time.
