I’ve checked all how to guides to set up (just moved from Versa2 to Versa3) checked sleep status do not disturb etc what am I missing?

Hi there @victoriathierry, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for troubleshoot your Versa 3 before reaching out. 

I'd recommend checking if reminders to move haven't been turned off by mistake. To do so, please:

  1. On the Today tab, tap the hourly activity tile.
  2. Tap the gear icon > turn Reminders to Move on or off/om

Also, please take a look at this help article Why didn't my Fitbit device alert me?

Hi I have the same problem - followed all the advice on here and it’s still not working. Reminder to move is definitely turned on

I fixed mine eventually I found out I had a more general do not disturb setting on that I didn’t know about. That was stopping the notification coming through maybe check those settings as well.
