Removal of straps on versa

What way do you slide the pin to remove the straps?! 

 

Been sat here now for ages watching videos etc and I just can’t get the pins to budge 😞 getting frustrated now as havnt been able to use my versa for a while due to faults, been sent a new one but now can’t change the straps! Any help appreciated 🙂

You slide the pin to the left i.e. towards the middle of the watch. Once the pin has moved a little pull gently on the strap on the side which has the pin
