I would like to find out, what should I do, or where should I go, to get my Fitbit Fixed in South Africa,

I have this Fitbit for 1 week only, and I bumped it against the wall. 

It looks like the screen is cracked, and now it does not show anything on the screen. 

Surly I must be able to send it in for repairs, somewhere? 

Please assist.

Hi @Sonica2022  there are no repairs for these devices. You can always get with customer support to see what your options are, but accidental damage isn't covered by warranty.
