Hello!

Just wondered if anyone had some advice for me please: I have been using my Fitbit Versa for over a year, it recently stopped working and was kindly replaced by Fitbit. Now I am wondering, do I have to delete my old Versa to replace with my new one? - will it delete my progress? - advice kindly appreciated - TIA

Hello @Carolineversa and a warm welcome.  When you sync your tracker, the data goes to your account.  So make sure your tracker is synced.  Before you set up your new Versa, do these two steps:  remove your Versa from your list of devices on your phone's Bluetooth and Remove the Versa from your Fitbit account.  Now you can set up the new one.
