Replacement Versa won’t go past Fitbit Logo

My issue is the versa I have will not go past the Fitbit logo... I got a replacement for a different issue April 19 2019 and this one is now broken? Has anyone tried anything else that actually worked to fix this issue I’ve been trying for weeks and I’m done! Please help!

I have read and tried EVERYTHING on here and tried everything multiple times to resolve my issue nothing will work! I’m beyond frustrated with Fitbit I have spent so much money on multiple devices for myself and family and again 3 months after a replacement it is broken again! I paid way to much money for this watch to do that. I have lost all faith that Fitbit will ever not have problems I think it’s time to switch to Apple Watch!

@Disappointed24 welcome to our Fitbit Community! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I appreciate your time spent trying the troubleshooting steps in order to fix the issue that your Versa is experiencing since it won't past the Fitbit logo. I totally understand how frustrating this is for you.

I would like to help you and follow up on this issue. In order to avoid providing the same information, please let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried.

In the meantime, have the battery to drain completely. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours, restart it as described in this help article (you can skip it if you already tried this). Finally, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit and see if your Versa goes past the Fitbit logo and shows your clock face and stats properly.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy

I have tried everything you have suggested and everything that was suggested by others, my watch face is a Fitbit one and it’s not making a difference I have drained the battery a few times now and tried all of the suggestions multiple times Thai has been going on for quite a while.

I am having the same issue.  I bought my Versa on 4/26/18.  It was working fine and now in the last week batter drains rapidly and it won't detect HR.

It sounds like there is no real work around.

Very disappointed.

I’m not impressed considering this is a replacement one because my original one broke! These watches are WAY to expensive to have less then a year life. I’m not happy at all. And emails have gone unanswered customer service at its finest!
