My versa gave out on me last month. Got super hot when charging then wouldn’t turn on. Fitbit sent me a replacement but now this replacement won’t even turn on. They sent me a new charger and everything. I’ve been charging it for a few hours now and still nothing. Nothing indicating it’s charging nor is it turning on.

@Aliciatanguma welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your replacement Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on even though you have charged it with a new charging cable.
Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, clean the contacts of the charger and watch with a cotton swab. Finally, charge the Versa for 2-3 hours and see if the issue persists.
