respected maam, i am sagar sonawane, who purchased a fitbit band from reliance store in R city, but the fitbit band which was not supporting my smartphone,instead i tried to connect it other smartphone which supports the fitbit band but there is a default. i have being visiting the store but they need a response from your end so i request you that please inform the reliance store in r city to take action and given replacement of the fitbit versa band tommorow itself . And many problem is that you dont have proper facility of customer service. I request you that make arrangement for the same new band and i want replacement of the band i need replacement conformation of the band today itself Noting is impossible every thing is possible and i hope you will help me i am not wating for a single day. Thanku so much
