Replacement for versa with high HR

If you’ve received a replacement, does it have the same issue? My versa is reading 20 points too high and they’ve agreed either a replacement or I can wait until an update to fix the issue. From looking through the forums, it appears that they’ve been “working” on this since 2018! Which leaves me with a replacement but I’m wondering if there is any point.

Hello @lorraineg, it's good to see you around in the Community forums. 

 

Thank you for sharing this information about what you've experienced with your heart rate information not being completely accurate. 

 

Before considering other options, please make sure that you've tried performing a restart and to followed all the instructions in this article to improve the accuracy of heart rate information: How to I improve the accuracy of my heart rate rate reading?  This has been useful to other users who have experienced something similar. 

 

Please keep me posted on the outcome.
