I just received replacement Versa and it seems it was not correctly factory reset before it was sent to me. Clearly it is someone else's used peace which fitbit did not bother properly formatting.
It came with "Data not cleared sync and try again".
I did everything, including factory reset, repairing and connecting with a several different phones, etc. Later it gets stuck on updating tracker app. Never connects using wifi to Internet even though wifi itself is working fine.
What a piece of c**p is this device is. Had nothing but trouble since bought it. Seen nothing but tons and tons of people complaining about fitbit and its devices. So sad spent hard earned money on this s**t and now it is just out of warranty.
