Reporting results from my versa to my Iphone

Periodically the results for sleep, exercises, etc. to my iPhone stops sometimes for 3 to 4 days before downloading the data.

Hi @Harmey63 , if you have iOS 13 on your iPhone, see the warning on top of the Customer Support page. Regards kuzibri

Thanks kuzibri, I saw the warning but thought since it only happens once in a while that it wasn’t related to the iOS 13 problem.
